One of Pennsylvania's most prominent and purpose-driven law firms is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Litigation team. You'll be the backbone of several litigation attorneys, ensuring their cases run smoothly and deadlines are never missed.
  • Managing litigation calendars, tracking court dates, filing deadlines, and appointments.
  • Drafting correspondence, assembling documents, and organizing case files.
  • Preparing materials for trials, hearings, and depositions - from exhibits to trial binders.
  • Handling court filings (electronic and hard copy) and coordinating service of legal documents.
  • Fielding internal inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Supporting billing processes and maintaining organized records for timekeeping and expenses.
  • Scheduling meetings, managing attorney calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Keeping digital and physical files meticulously organized for quick access.
  • Taking on special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal or litigation environment.
  • Confidence working with attorneys and administrative staff across all levels.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to juggle tasks, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
