Litigation Legal Assistant

Litigation Legal Assistant – San Diego, CA | Hybrid

Well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced litigation practice. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of litigation procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of California litigation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and appellate filing rules and procedures
• E-filing, trial preparation, and trial experience
• Experience preparing tables of contents and authorities and discovery shells
• Strong understanding of the litigation life cycle
• Excellent proofreading, writing, and communication skills
• Strong calendaring, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management systems
• Experience with CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Pro, or CCC Macros is a plus
• Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented approach
