Litigation Paralegal – Bismarck, NDMeagher & Geer, a nationally recognized litigation defense and insurance coverage law firm, is hiring a Litigation Paralegal for our Bismarck, ND office. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on complex medical malpractice defense cases.Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesDraft legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materialsRequest, organize, and summarize medical and non‑medical recordsPrepare deposition and trial materials, including subpoenas and exhibitsManage case files and deadlines across multiple mattersCommunicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnelSupport attorneys with trial prep, document production, and motion practiceRequirementsBachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate (ABA‑accredited)6+ years of litigation defense experience (medical malpractice preferred)Strong attention to detail and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., iManage)Experience with time and billing software (e.g., Aderant)Medical background or experience reviewing medical records is a plusAbility to meet billable hour requirements and work overtime as neededCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceHSA/FSA401(k) with company matchLife & AD&D insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesRemote work flexibilityHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and two writing samples to recruitment@meagher.com .
