Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Canton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting attorneys with all stages of litigation and case management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, motions, and appeals
- Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and evidence
- Conduct legal research and document findings
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Prepare for trial, including preparing trial notebooks and exhibits
- Attend trials, hearings, and depositions to provide support to attorneys
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience working as a Litigation Paralegal
- Familiarity with legal research databases and software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
