Gray, Stefani & Mitvalsky, PLC is actively hiring a Litigation Paralegal to provide essential support toattorneys in the Cedar Rapids office. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful cases while collaborating closely with experienced legal professionals in a team-oriented environment.

Position Details
This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough research of medical records and documentation for case preparation
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence for medical malpractice and family law matters
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and court personnel to gather necessary information
• Maintain organized case files and track critical deadlines and court dates
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and hearing support

Required Requirements
• Associate's Degree or relevant paralegal certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant legal support experience
• Strong grasp of Math and English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Preferred Requirements
• Preferred experience in researching medical records
• Exposure or familiarity with Prolaw software or another billing software
