Law firm in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and be capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReview, organize, and manage litigation documents and case files.Prepare and maintain discovery responses, pleadings, and correspondence.Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including trial preparation.Maintain and track case deadlines and schedules.Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.Support the team with research, document production, and trial exhibits.QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of experience as a litigation paralegal with an insurance defense law firm is preferred.Thorough understanding of the litigation process from inception through trial.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Trial experience preferred.Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
