Full onsite. Relocation not paid.Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience, excellent benefits and 401K.Candidates must have at least 7 tears recent litigation experience with a law firmThey must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with either a paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studiesThis is a senior level positionThis is a full onsite position and they do not pay relocationMust be in the pay range of $95, 000 - $105, 000 per yearDutiesAssist in all aspects of discovery and eDiscovery , including document management and review, document production, written discovery and depositionsCite-check legal memorandaResearch case filings, public records, and public background informationraft, review, and proof correspondence and legal documents such as motions, memoranda, affidavits, and other pleadingsFile documents in all levels of federal and state courts, both electronically and in hard copyAssist with preparation for and attends hearings, arbitrations and trials as neededServe as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior and mid-level paralegalsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedRegular in-person attendance is required to perform essential functions of this interactive positionQualifications & Experie nceBachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred with either a paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studiesMinimum of 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the Litigation practice area, particularly with large and complex cases and/or government investigationsProficiency with computer technology, MS Office Suite, litigation and e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity), and case management software requiredCandidates must have a high level of attention to detail, with excellent communication and client service skillsExperience working in a highly regulated industry or global law firm preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
