Our team of lawyers aggressively handle complex litigation on a wide spectrum of issues, including products liability, personal injury, space transportation, environmental and toxic tort matters, insurance/reinsurance, and commercial disputes of all kinds, bringing our many decades of experience to everything we do.

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years experience to join our firm and assist our attorneys in all phases of litigation.

What You'll Do

• case tracking/managing/organizing
• preparing pleadings
• document indexing and review
• legal research
• calendaring
• deposition summarizing
• medical record requests and summaries
• Medicare querying and reporting
• court filings

What You Bring

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 3 or more years paralegal experience
• Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as LexisNexis

What We Offer

Salary range: $50k-$75k, commensurate with experience
