Amundsen Davis, a full‑service business law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Cleveland office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the litigation process, support a diverse caseload, and work closely with attorneys to provide exceptional legal support on a Transportation team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment and bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, subpoenas, and correspondence with accuracy and timelinessFile legal documents in state and federal courts, including electronic filings, ensuring compliance with court rules and proceduresSupport attorneys in managing litigation cases from inception to resolution, including expert retention and case calendar managementCoordinate the discovery process by drafting/responding to requests, organizing documents, and preparing document productionsConduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations, supporting litigation mattersAssist with trial, hearing, and arbitration preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating with witnesses and expertsMaintain and organize both electronic and physical case files for accuracy, completeness, and accessibilityQualifications 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferredProficiency in drafting legal documents, legal research, and applying litigation proceduresStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlinesHigh attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential mattersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case/document management softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsAbility to work both independently and in a team environment, demonstrating initiative and reliabilityProfessional, collaborative, and fast‑paced office environmentAttorneys and paralegals work side‑by‑side on complex and meaningful litigation mattersThis position requires regular and predictable in‑office attendance; remote or hybrid work is not availableAmundsen Davis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
