A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all phases of civil litigation and probate matters
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents with state and probate courts
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and client communications
- Conduct legal research and organize case materials
- Coordinate discovery, document production, and trial preparation
- Maintain accurate case management records and provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in civil litigation and probate required
- Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy legal team
