Litigation Paralegal, Complex Litigation

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation matters through all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and case management. Prior in-person trial support experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, document review, productions, and electronic case files.
• Assist with court filings, depositions, witness preparation, and trial support.
• Conduct factual and legal research, cite-checking, and document analysis.
• Utilize litigation technology platforms including Relativity, Opus2, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4-12 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Prior trial support experience required.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
