A well-established Orange County litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its attorneys across insurance defense, commercial litigation, and employment law matters. This role offers real case responsibility and direct attorney collaboration, with no billable hour requirement.

What You Will Do

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution
• Assist with discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery management
• Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial materials
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed

Who You Are

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Background in insurance defense, commercial litigation, or employment law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple matters and deadlines independently
• Proficient in standard litigation support tools and case management systems
• Comfortable in an onsite, in-office environment
