Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Costa Mesa, Ca
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 (DOE)

Job Description:
A growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support a busy team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all areas of litigation support, from case inception through verdict, and thrive in a fast-paced, mid-sized to large firm environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive litigation support including case management, discovery, trial prep, and post-trial follow-up

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence

  • Assist attorneys in deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination

  • Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed

  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and vendors

  • Support multiple attorneys simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience

  • Proven experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation

  • Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in legal software and document management systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $65K–$95K (DOE)
