Overview Senior Litigation Paralegal – Complex Commercial LitigationAn internationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Dallas office , supporting sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters for global clients.The RoleThe Senior Litigation Paralegal will support complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, including large-scale cases, MDLs, class actions, and internal investigations. This position works across offices and supports the full litigation group.Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of complex litigation, arbitrations, and investigationsServe as a key trial paralegal, including on-site trial support and courtroom logisticsCoordinate discovery, document review, and productions using Relativity and firm systemsPrepare and manage exhibits, witness materials, and trial bindersDraft and manage privilege logs; cite-check and Bluebook filingsFile pleadings in state and federal courts (ECF and Texas e-filing)Work closely with attorneys, experts, vendors, and trial consultantsTrain and mentor junior team members and project assistantsQualifications Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience at a mid-size or large law firmSignificant trial experience, including serving as a lead or key trial paralegalAdvanced proficiency with Relativity, Westlaw/Lexis, PACER, and Microsoft OfficeProven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and sound professional judgmentIP litigation experience and prior supervisory experience are a plusTravel: Minimal; as needed for trials and hearingsOther Information • Work on complex, high-profile litigation for major corporate clients• Be part of a collaborative, well-resourced litigation team• 1,650 billable hours (pro bono counts as billable)• Brand-new Dallas office opening soon with modern amenities, including a terrace and wellness features• Professional environment that values excellence, teamwork, and long-term growthWe have an established relationship with this firm and have successfully placed multiple professionals within the organization.Travel: Minimal; as needed for trials and hearingsBenefits: The firm offers outstanding benefits including profit sharing and PENSION!!#J-18808-Ljbffr
