Litigation Paralegal – Join a High-Performing Legal Team (Denver, CO)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 DOE | Full-Time | Onsite
EverStaff has partnered with a respected litigation firm located in Denver, Colorado, that is seeking a highly skilled and organized Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic team of attorneys. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering impactful legal support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume caseload of litigation matters from inception through trial
Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
Track and maintain deadlines using calendaring systems and task management tools
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and court staff
Assist attorneys with daily case management, trial preparation, and legal strategy
Provide timely client updates and maintain confidence throughout case progression
Requirements:
Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
At least 3–5 years of litigation experience handling 25+ cases simultaneously
Strong communication, writing, and client service skills
Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office, and docketing tools
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities
A team player with a commitment to accountability and excellence

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
