Nationally recognized litigation and trial firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Denver office. The firm is known for handling complex, high-impact cases across areas such as mass torts, consumer protection, constitutional law, and human rights.

Position Overview

The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. This position requires strong experience managing federal and state court cases, preparing trial materials, and coordinating complex case logistics.

This role is not fully remote and requires travel, including extended trial assignments nationwide.


Key Responsibilities

Case & Litigation Support

  • Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state court rules and procedures
  • Perform cite-checking, fact verification, and proofreading of legal documents

Case Management & Organization

  • Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
  • Track document productions and manage exchanges with opposing counsel
  • Organize and manage complex case records

Trial & Deposition Support

  • Prepare exhibits and evidence for depositions and trial
  • Support attorneys during trial, including onsite coordination
  • Travel for hearings, depositions, and extended trial engagements as needed

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Assist with case strategy preparation and logistics

Qualifications

Required

  • 5-7+ years of paralegal experience in complex civil litigation
  • Strong experience supporting both federal and state court litigation
  • Deep knowledge of court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Experience with legal research tools, eDiscovery platforms, and document management systems such as:
    • Westlaw, LexisNexis
    • iManage
    • Relativity, Disco, Everlaw
  • Familiarity with trial presentation tools (e.g., OnCue)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment

  • Based in Denver office (onsite presence required 2+ days per week)
  • Travel required, including potential extended time away for trial
