Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Schedule: Full-time, Direct Hire

Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite during onboarding; hybrid schedule available after training period (up to one remote day per week)

LHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Los Angeles seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional who enjoys substantive case involvement, e-discovery, and trial preparation in a collaborative law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial.

• Coordinate and manage document-intensive discovery matters.

• Support e-discovery workflows, including data organization, review, and production.

• Conduct document analysis and maintain case databases.

• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, witness materials, and hearing filings.

• Utilize litigation technology and trial presentation tools.

• Track deadlines and support overall litigation strategy and case progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Strong experience supporting commercial or business litigation matters.

• Required hands-on e-discovery experience, including document review and production management.

• Experience using Relativity or a similar litigation support platform required.

• Familiarity with trial presentation software and courtroom preparation.

• Trial support experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or comparable qualifying credentials preferred.
