Litigation Paralegal (DTLA)

Reputable litigation law firm in DTLA is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join their team!

The role requires extensive civil litigation experience, with strong organizational and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include managing and reviewing client documents, redacting privileged materials, preparing and organizing exhibits for court filings, and handling discovery tasks such as document review, deposition summaries, and discovery responses. The position also involves analyzing medical and billing records, preparing subpoenas, overseeing document productions, and maintaining clear communication with attorneys, staff, clients, courts, and vendors. While work primarily supports litigation matters-including business, employment, and insurance cases-additional projects may include legal research, document analysis, chart creation, and gathering expert and jurisdictional information.
