LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting legal documents and correspondence

· Maintaining files

· Electronically filing documents with State and Federal courts including the Court of Chancery

· Managing calendars

· Scheduling meetings and depositions

· Preparing trial documents

· Corresponding with clients

· Providing general administrative support, as needed

Requirements:

· 5+ years of recent Litigation Paralegal experience

· E-filing experience required

· Strong MS Office knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
