Job Description

Respected national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience to join their Denver team. Employment law experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
  • Draft and prepare discovery, disclosures, subpoenas, and pleadings
  • E‑file in Colorado state and federal courts
  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case files
  • Assist with deposition prep, document production, and trial preparation
  • Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of civil litigation experience is required
  • Strong docketing/calendaring and e‑filing experience
  • Knowledge of Colorado court rules/procedures is strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office and litigation software
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required
  • Colorado residents preferred with ability to commute to downtown Denver as needed for trials and in-person meetings

Compensation and Benefits

Offering a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
