Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a highly respected full-service law firm in downtown San Diego to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy team of litigation attorneys. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with 5 to 7 years of litigation paralegal experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in eDiscovery, trial preparation, case management, and complex litigation support, along with a demonstrated history of longevity and success in prior positions. Litigation Paralegal Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of California and federal civil procedure, including local rules, filing deadlines, and litigation requirements.
  • Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, discovery, declarations, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage written discovery, deposition materials, subpoenas, discovery outlines, and deposition scheduling.
  • Coordinate expert witnesses and assist with all phases of case development, trial preparation, and litigation strategy support.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files using litigation support and document management platforms.
  • Support attorneys with document review, eDiscovery projects, trial exhibits, and case administration.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
