    Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected Am Law 200 firm seeking a Paralegal to join its Frisco office. As the Paralegal, you will work directly with senior partners and be part of a tight-knit, well-established group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, working closely with partners, and building real relationships with clients. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and offers a hybrid schedule but welcomes candidates who prefer to be onsite.Core Responsibilities Support a busy surety and construction litigation practice with high‑volume mattersDraft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, and exhibitsManage documents using electronic document management and eDiscovery systemsCoordinate closely with attorneys, clients, and vendors to keep matters moving efficientlyQualifications 3+ years' experience as a Paralegal with a focus on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and/or insurance defense litigationBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferredProficiency with Relativity and Elite 3E a plusBenefits Information Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
