Litigation Paralegal

Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

LHH Legal is partnering with a respected mid-sized defense litigation firm in Fort Worth seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented firm handling insurance defense, commercial litigation, and complex business disputes.

Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000+ DOE

Responsibilities • Support multiple attorneys in active litigation matters

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Manage deadlines, filings, and case logistics
  • Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, and trial materials
  • Assist through all phases of litigation

Qualifications • Prior law firm litigation paralegal experience required

  • Defense litigation experience required
  • Trial preparation experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
