If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:- Assist attorneys throughout all stages of commercial litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
- Maintain and organize case files, pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documents.
- Monitor court deadlines and manage litigation calendars.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents for attorney review.
- Coordinate filing of documents in state and federal courts, including electronic filings.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
- Assist with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing deposition summaries.
- Conduct factual and legal research using online legal research tools.
- Analyze contracts, business records, and financial documents.
- Draft case summaries, timelines, and litigation reports.
- Support attorneys in developing case strategies and preparing for client meetings.
