Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to be part of meaningful, high-impact litigation? A well-established plaintiff-side practice is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience to support a busy class action team handling consumer protection, automotive defect, and environmental contamination matters.This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Co-Chair of a nationally recognized class action practice and become an integral part of a collaborative team focused on helping individuals and communities seek justice.What You'll DoManage complex class action litigation matters from inception through trialMaintain case calendars and monitor critical court deadlinesAssist with deposition preparation and coordinationPrepare trial exhibits and support trial preparation effortsHandle electronic filings, primarily in federal courtFormat and prepare legal documents, briefs, and correspondenceAssist with attorney time entry submissions and team expense reportingUtilize electronic case management and document management systemsCoordinate and organize large volumes of case materialsQualificationsAt least 5 years of litigation paralegal experienceStrong understanding of the litigation processFederal court experience strongly preferredExperience supporting complex litigation or class action mattersExcellent case management and organizational skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with electronic filing and document management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentParalegal certificate not requiredCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $75,000-$90,000+, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package offered.Schedule & LocationHybrid scheduleOffice located in Encino, CA (San Fernando Valley)Typically 2-3 days in the office each week, with additional in-office time encouraged during onboardingStandard business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWhy This Opportunity?This team offers the chance to work on significant class action cases that help people who may not otherwise have a voice.
