Job DetailsWe're growing our litigation support team and looking for someone who already knows housing court inside and out.
What you'll do:
- Support attorneys who carry an active caseload and bill regularly
- Manage commercial and residential holdover and housing court matters
- Handle e-filing through NYSCEF
- Work residential landlord-tenant litigation from intake through resolution
- Keep pace with firm case management systems and workflows
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of NY-specific legal assistant experience, 5+ preferred
- Real estate litigation background, ideally landlord-tenant or housing court focused
- Ability to work directly with attorneys managing their own billable caseload
