Trust & Probate Litigation Paralegal
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote Considered
Our firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Probate Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and at least 3+ years of recent experience handling contested probate matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation-related documents
- Handle calendaring, court filings, and service of process
- Assist with law and motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Maintain case files and provide comprehensive litigation support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent Trust & Probate litigation experience
