We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of personal injury litigation experience and be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload from filing through trial preparation. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and correspondence.
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, court filings, and hearing schedules.
Organize and maintain client files, medical records, and case documentation.
Coordinate discovery, including gathering records, reviewing documents, and tracking responses.
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Schedule depositions, mediations, independent medical examinations, and attorney-client meetings.
Prepare settlement demand packages and assist with case evaluations.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial notebooks.
Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
Required
2-3 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
Experience handling discovery, medical records, and litigation case management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management
