Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury Focus)FLSA Status: HourlyReports to: Assigned AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support our Personal Injury practice group. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping attorneys build strong cases, advocate for injured clients, and manage complex litigation from intake through trial.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping clients navigate challenging situations, and brings strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to the team. Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or complex litigation is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with attorneys to manage all aspects of personal injury case files, ensuring organization and efficiency from intake through resolutionDraft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery responsesConduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to personal injury mattersCoordinate and support discovery processes, including document production, interrogatories, and medical records reviewCommunicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts; assist in gathering and organizing critical evidenceAssist in evaluating case facts, damages, and liability by preparing summaries and timelinesMaintain and organize physical and electronic files, including medical records, deposition transcripts, exhibits, and filingsTrack deadlines and ensure timely filings through docketing and calendaring systemsSupport trial preparation, including assembling trial binders, exhibits, and attending proceedings as neededCollaborate with team members on case strategy and provide support on special projectsWhat You BringStrong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirementsAbility to analyze legal and medical information and present it clearly and conciselyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentialityExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe AcrobatComfort with (or willingness to learn) legal case management systems such as Filevine and trial presentation toolsA proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be consideredExperience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or complex litigation strongly preferredFamiliarity with case management software and electronic filing systems a plusParalegal certificate from an accredited program is a plusWhy Join Us?Work on meaningful cases that make a real difference in clients' livesCollaborative, supportive legal team environmentOpportunity to grow your skills in high-impact personal injury litigationExposure to all phases of litigation, including trial preparationIf you're a motivated paralegal looking to deepen your experience in personal injury law and be part of a dynamic litigation team, we encourage you to apply.
