Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on complex matters from inception through trial.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
- Coordinate and organize document productions and exhibits
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
- Prepare deposition summaries and trial binders
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures
- Experience with discovery, e-discovery, and case management platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
