This role offers a hybrid schedule and will provide direct litigation support to attorneys in our Health & Life Sciences practice group.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all stages of complex litigation, including case organization, document management, and trial preparationManage large-scale document productions, including e-discovery, database maintenance, and coordination with vendorsPrepare, cite-check, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documentsDraft and manage subpoenas, medical record authorizations, and summaries of medical records and depositionsAssist with preparation of trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness files, and hearing bindersCoordinate filings in state and federal courts, including electronic filing systemsCommunicate professionally with clients, experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to support ongoing case activityKey QualificationsA minimum of two years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in health care, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences litigationCandidates must possess either an ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate or a bachelor's degree (or higher) with at least one year of law‑related experience under the supervision of an experienced California attorneyStrong knowledge of litigation case management, discovery processes, and court filing proceduresExperience with e‑discovery platforms and litigation support software strongly preferredAbility to manage multiple deadlines and large case files in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with direct client and expert interactionAbility to work in a hybrid schedule from our Los Angeles officeWhat We OfferDay 1 Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coveragePaid Time Off: PTO begins to accumulate immediately, plus paid holidaysRetirement Plan: 401(k) plan with a profit‑sharing contributionCompensation RangeThe compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000.
