LHH is partnering with a top law firm in Miami seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced practice handling complex commercial disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
  • Manage discovery, including document review, production, and organization
  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, including exhibits and trial binders
  • Coordinate filings in Florida state and federal courts and track key deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to support case progression
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in business or commercial litigation
  • Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and filing requirements
  • Experience supporting complex matters and managing multiple cases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (Relativity, eDiscovery platforms a plus)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
