LHH is partnering with a top law firm in Miami seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced practice handling complex commercial disputes.
Responsibilities
Support all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
Manage discovery, including document review, production, and organization
Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, including exhibits and trial binders
Coordinate filings in Florida state and federal courts and track key deadlines
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to support case progression
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in business or commercial litigation
Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and filing requirements
Experience supporting complex matters and managing multiple cases
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (Relativity, eDiscovery platforms a plus)
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
