Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting with all stages of litigation cases and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with case preparation, including drafting and filing legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys
• Manage and organize case files and evidence
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Knowledge of legal principles and practices
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
