If your ideal day involves helping others, making organizational improvements, and growing, we want to meet you.What you'll do Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management, including deadlines, Resolution Disbursal Statements, and recommendations for cost and timeManage timelines and deadlines for assigned casesMeet with new and existing clients to discuss case expectations and provide updatesDraft legal documents for attorney reviewDraft pleading, motions, and responsesCommunicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other case related partiesCommunicate effectively with our internal records specialists and investigators to ensure the correct and complete investigative and medical records are obtained in a timely mannerReview cases' medical records and assemble filesPrepare and submit correspondenceEnter detailed notes and keep cases updated in case management system (CMS)Redact recordsPropound discovery; assist with shelle-FileSchedule depositions, trials, and hearings; coordinate with clientQualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience in litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlinesExcellent organizational and communication skillsPositive attitude and self-starterWhat Makes You Stand Out Personal injury case management experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
