Overview We are seeking a paralegal to join our Litigation Department in our Minneapolis, MN office. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule where the employee may work from home and the office (minimum of 3 days of the week in the office). The ideal candidate will have strong e‑discovery experience to support all phases of litigation, with the ability to manage complex intellectual property litigation matters, primarily in federal court.Responsibilities Assisting with case development and project managementDrafting pleadings and other litigation documentsCoordinating and managing document reviews and productions, including running keyword and Boolean searches in Relativity, working with e‑discovery vendors, quality‑checking document productions, and serving document productionsAnalyzing relevant documents and other information to identify factual and legal issuesPreparing case summaries and chronologies and assisting attorneys with deposition preparationPreparing and assisting the legal team with privilege logs and quality‑checking the logsAssisting the legal team with investigations, mediations, arbitration, and trial preparationCandidate Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in a paralegal roleSolid skills in Relativity: running searches, managing document review workflows, coordinating with e‑discovery vendors, quality‑checking document productions, and serving document productionsStrong electronic discovery experience, including familiarity with the full e‑discovery lifecycle, document review workflows, and an understanding of legal privilegesFamiliarity with AI tools for document reviews in Relativity (plus)Proficiency in Nuix (plus but not required)Proficiency in Excel (preferred)Knowledge of Opus2 and Trial Director (plus)Intellectual property experience (plus)Paralegal certificate (required); bachelor's degree recommended but not requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing strict deadlinesCompensation The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $50,000 - $89,500 per year. This position is non‑exempt and scheduled for 37.5 hours per week.
