Amata Management is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Litigation Paralegal to join our on-demand legal support team — someone who takes ownership of their work, builds relationships across our client base, and actively seeks out opportunities to contribute.Our paralegals provide fractional support to multiple client firms simultaneously, spanning litigation, employment law, real estate, probate, and other civil practice areas. Rather than spending years on a single matter type at a single firm, you'll build broad, deep experience across Chicago's legal community — working directly with attorneys across four premier downtown locations and building a professional network that grows with your career.At most firms, your billable output benefits only the firm. At Amata, it benefits you too.In addition to a base rate of $30.00–$33.00/hr, you'll earn a 5–10% revenue share on all client billable hours you complete — paid monthly on billed and collected revenue. Our paralegal team is the heart of our legal services offering, and the work is substantive, varied, and meaningful.Position SummaryThe Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role supporting client matters from intake through litigation and resolution across multiple practice areas. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a high-volume, multi-client caseload, producing substantive legal work with minimal supervision, and proactively identifying opportunities to support the attorneys we serve.
