Litigation Paralegal in Naples, Florida LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a respected law firm in Naples, Florida on high-volume, fast-paced litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing cases, organizing information, and keeping legal teams running smoothly. What You'll Do Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. Help manage discovery, including organizing documents and tracking deadlines. Support eDiscovery work-uploading, reviewing, and organizing documents. Prepare and organize legal documents, filings, exhibits, and case materials. Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Maintain case calendars and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and court personnel.
