Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York City, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Experience in personal injury, civil, commercial, or employment cases required.

This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining litigation files
  • Filing in State and Federal Courts via E-Courts and PACER
  • Coordinating discovery
  • Reviewing medical records
  • Preparing trial documents
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Managing court filings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recent litigation experience
  • E-filing in NY, NJ, CT, and Federal Courts
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for overtime, as needed

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
