Litigation Paralegal – New York City
A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across litigation, regulatory, and pro bono matters. This role offers broad exposure to complex legal work and will involve partnering closely with attorneys on case management, regulatory filings, legal research, and client service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation files, monitor court dockets, assist with e-filings, and maintain case records.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
- Conduct legal, regulatory, and factual research and provide updates to attorneys.
- Support regulatory matters, including Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) antitrust filings and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) filings, due diligence questionnaires, and privacy and security monitoring initiatives.
- Assist attorneys with case management and litigation support tasks throughout all phases of matters.
- Coordinate the firm's pro bono program, including intake management, matter opening, attorney communications, and ongoing matter administration.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced law firm environment while working collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals. Must possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in paralegal studies. The estimated salary range is $100k-$125k.
