Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a law firm in NJ, and they are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.Responsibilities Support attorneys in managing litigation casesPrepare, format, and verify legal documentsHandle e‑filing in state and federal courts.Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery materials.Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and deposition summaries.Qualifications Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a litigation‑focused law firm or personal injury firm.Strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.Must be open to working on site in the NJ office 4 days a week.Spanish speaking is a plusManagement experience is a plusThe annual base salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
