Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prominent law firm to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal in California. This position offers a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to grow within a leading legal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties.
  • Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, evidence, and other trial materials.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely submission of documents and filings.
  • Assist with electronic filing and service of documents in compliance with court requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
