About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected mid-sized Denver law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling plaintiff-side civil litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases while playing a key role in case management, litigation support, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
  • Maintain attorney calendars and track important deadlines
  • Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial notebooks
  • Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
  • Prepare demand letters and case-related correspondence
  • Assist with document review, organization, and production
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate filings in state and federal courts
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Prior plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Working knowledge of Colorado state and federal court rules and procedures
  • Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

  • Experience with medical malpractice, complex personal injury, or insurance bad faith litigation
  • Trial preparation experience
