We are a Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm seeking a Paralegal knowledgeable in both pre-litigation and litigation to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney's business needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Record and store client information
Preparation of settlement packages
Filing of legal documents
Service of legal documents
Qualifications:
Pennsylvania litigation experience
Previous experience with plaintiff's personal injury
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail oriented
