Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, drafting and formatting pleadings and motions, managing case files and deadlines, and coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The role involves conducting legal research, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and assisting with deposition and hearing preparation. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsAbility to perform Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing case materialsCalendaring deadlines according to the Civil Rules.Experience with Document Review, including analyzing records, discovery responses, and case-related materialsProficiency in Legal Research using online databases and other resources to support case strategySkill in preparing and filing Pleadings and Motions in accordance with court rules and proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracyEffective time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple deadlinesProficiency with legal practice management software and standard office applicationsParalegal certificate or relevant paralegal coursework; prior litigation experience is strongly preferredAbility to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff and to maintain client confidentiality#J-18808-Ljbffr
