Description We're looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our Insurance Defense team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Your responsibilities will include document management, legal research, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants.Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case and project managementMonitor case progress and follow up on outstanding mattersPrepare disclosure statements, case timelines, and medical treatment chronologiesDraft and respond to discovery requests and manage document productionsSupport trial and deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and relevant documentsAttend trials to assist with courtroom technology, exhibits, and witness coordinationDraft motions and supporting documents, organize exhibits, and prepare filing materialsIdentify and coordinate with expert witnessesDraft legal documents and client correspondenceWork independently and manage multiple prioritiesSupport multiple attorneys with varying work stylesRequirements Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defenseStrong reading comprehension and analytical skillsExcellent written communication and document drafting abilitiesProficiency with legal technology and trial presentation toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable learning new systems and adapting to evolving processesThe ideal candidate is a dependable, proactive team player who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, and support staff.
