We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team handling complex litigation matters. This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR (3 days in office).This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on high-impact cases.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial case review to support attorney case strategy and evaluationDraft case chronologies, pleadings, and discovery materials for attorney reviewManage all phases of discovery, including document collection, production, and reviewCoordinate depositions, including scheduling, exhibit preparation, and transcript summariesPrepare and serve subpoenas and coordinate with court reporters and vendorsSupport litigation database management and document organizationAssist with factual investigations, including witness interviews and records reviewPrepare trial materials including exhibits, binders, and witness listsAssist attorneys during trial, including courtroom and technical supportConduct legal and medical research, cite checking, and validation of case lawMaintain organized case files and assist with post-trial and appellate processesQualifications3 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentStrong understanding of litigation processes and trial preparationExperience handling document-intensive litigation and managing case workflowsFamiliarity with Oregon state and federal court proceduresProficiency with Relativity, LiveNote, Trial Director, and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferredTrial experienceExperience coordinating case teams or junior staff#J-18808-Ljbffr
