The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in case preparation and management, perform legal research, draft and review legal documents, and coordinate communications with clients and other legal professionals. Responsibilities also include maintaining case files, preparing pleadings, motions, and other essential court documents. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively within a fast‑paced legal environment.
