    Litigation Paralegal - St. Louis County

    A well‑respected, established law firm in St. Louis County is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment supporting complex civil litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal.

    Position Overview

    The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to manage case files, coordinate discovery, prepare legal documents, and support trial preparation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Case Management - Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and manage litigation calendars.

    • Discovery Support - Draft and respond to discovery requests, coordinate document production, and manage e‑discovery platforms.

    • Legal Document Drafting - Prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits.

    • Client & Witness Coordination - Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses; schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings.

    • Trial Preparation - Assist with trial notebooks, exhibit lists, jury instructions, and courtroom logistics.

    • Research Support - Conduct factual research, retrieve records, and assist attorneys with case strategy materials.

    Qualifications

    • Paralegal Certificate or equivalent education required; bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in civil or commercial litigation.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, case management software, and e‑discovery tools.

    • Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
