Job Overview: The Litigation Paralegal partners closely with attorneys to manage personal injury cases from start to finish. This role is responsible for handling a high-volume caseload, maintaining client and stakeholder communication, drafting legal documents, and coordinating filings in state and federal courts. Day-to-day work includes organizing case files, reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records, managing deadlines and calendars, and supporting all phases of trial preparation. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping cases organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, are highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
