A well respected law firm in St. Louis County is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Case Management
Organize, maintain, and update case files (physical and electronic)
Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
Assist with case strategy meetings and attorney preparation
Document Preparation & Review
Draft, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence
Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Review and summarize depositions, medical records, contracts, and other case materials
Discovery Support
Manage document production, including Bates labeling and privilege review
Coordinate e‑discovery processes with vendors and internal teams
Conduct factual research using legal databases and public records
Court Filings
File documents in state and federal courts
